Luís Roberto Ricardo – Mestre Faísca, is the founder of the CEDANZE Association. 

He was trained as a Capoeira Angola master within the AJPP-CECA structure at the Santo Antônio além do Carmo fort in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, by Dr. João Pereira dos Santos, Mestre João Pequeno de Pastinha.

His pedagogy of social intervention is dedicated to the transmission of Capoeira Angola. Mestre Faísca is the general coordinator and supervisor of all CEDANZE · AJPP-CECA centers.
